क्या आप SIR फ़ॉर्म भरना चाहते हैं?

(आपका नाम मतदाता सूची से हट सकता है, इसलिए तुरंत फ़ॉर्म भरें)

Every few years, the Election Commission of India conducts SIR across states including Madhya Pradesh (MP). This process checks whether names in the voter roll are correct, whether someone shifted, whether a young family member turned 18, or whether some names need removal. The document used to gather these details is known as the SIR Form / Revision Form / Enumeration slip.

  • Government re-checks the entire voter roll
  • Households receive verification request
  • BLO visits & collects data
  • New voters (18+) are identified
  • Wrong details are corrected
  • Duplicate & outdated entries are cleared
