Bihar is one of the most politically aware states in India. Elections here are not just events, they are emotions. From village chowks to urban discussions, political awareness runs through every corner of Bihar — Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Chhapra, Begusarai, Siwan, Arrah, Purnia and beyond.

A voter list (also called electoral roll / मतदाता सूची) is an official document that records all eligible voters of a given polling booth or constituency. If your name is present — you can vote. If it is missing — you cannot, even if you carry a voter ID.

  • You recently turned 18
  • You shifted house or district
  • Your name spelling is incorrect
  • Family member name missing or duplicate
  • Someone in family passed away
  • Voter card lost but want to check eligibility
