On the first day of the lottery, MHADA received 246 applications, with 132 applicants making deposits between ₹25,000 and ₹1 lakh. These flats are located in various areas of Mumbai, including the hilly regions of Goregaon, Antop Hill-Wadala, Kopri, Powai, Kannamwar Nagar-Vikhroli, and Shivdham Complex-Malad. As usual, the lottery has categorized homes based on income levels: EWS (up to ₹6 lakh), LIG (up to ₹9 lakh), MIG (up to ₹12 lakh), and HIG (income exceeding ₹12 lakh).
